General Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Sales to lead and grow our business across the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with proven experience in driving revenue, building customer relationships, and managing regional sales strategies.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
Account Leadership: Manage and grow key named accounts within the region, ensuring continued success of an existing $10M+ revenue stream.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, expanding CommScope’s footprint in the region.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks with major partners, end customers, project management consultants, and general contractors at various levels.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve challenges to strengthen customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales engineering, product management, operations, and other internal teams to deliver financial results and exceptional account management.
Strategic Alignment: Champion CommScope’s Purpose, Vision, and Values — acting with integrity, innovating for customer success, continuously improving, and winning as one team.
Ethical Conduct: Represent CommScope in a professional and ethical manner, always adhering to company policies and standards.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification preferred — ideally an MBA with a focus in Sales, Marketing, or Operations.
Professional Experience:
- Preferably 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, including partner/channel management, key account handling, and business development.
- Proven track record of consistently driving revenue growth and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with CXO/CIO-level stakeholders and other key decision-makers in large enterprises.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and successfully closing large deals across multiple industry verticals.
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
- Hands-on experience in infrastructure sales, particularly in structured cabling systems, data center solutions, or enterprise networking.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, emerging technologies, and market trends within the infrastructure domain.
- Proven experience in channel development, partner enablement, and managing a robust partner ecosystem.
- Established relationships with leading system integrators, consultants, and distributors.
- Relevant certifications such as BICSI, RCDD, PMP, or manufacturer-specific credentials — these will be considered a strong advantage.
