You will be part of :

You will be responsible for :

 

  • Perform daily support, administration, and maintenance for the platform
  • Support ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Performance Analytics, and other ServiceNow modules
  • Perform implementation tasks including but not limited to requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and integration
  • Create and configure business rules, UI components, policies and actions, client scripts, the script includes, notifications, and workflows
  • Develop automation and integration components on the platform
  • Create reports and dashboards in the platform to meet internal customer and business needs
  • Translate business and user needs and technology constraints into solution concepts that are meaningful, easy to use, and engaging
  • Support vendor updates and new releases while maintaining system integrity and availability across development and production environments
  • Stay abreast of new features and functionality playing a role in driving continual improvement, platform expansion, and adoption
  • Function as subject matter expert and offer recommendations and solutions, as needed, to meet collaboration and governance needs
  • Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the platform

 

You will exist us :

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in ServiceNow support and development
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Systems Administrator (CSA), Application Developer (CAD), and Implementation Specialist (CIS) are preferred
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Working experience in SOAP, REST, and JSON web services
  • Understanding of enterprise IT architecture
  • Knowledge of ITSM best practices, with ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team setting
  • Ability to understand and translate Customer’s business objectives into digital experiences
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem-solving mentality
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to communicate complex data in comprehensible ways
  • Effective writing skills with the ability to document application configurations, system design, and architecture
  • Ability to manage projects at a team level
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products
