Job Title: Functional Analyst, SAP (SAP PP)

Work Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/ePPDS professional with strong expertise in manufacturing processes and production planning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP modules, integration with third-party systems, and a solid understanding of master data governance. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support SAP PP/ePPDS solutions for both Discrete processes.
  • Manage Production PlanningLong-Term PlanningSales and Operation PlanningCapacity Planning, and KANBAN processes.
  • Configure and optimize MRP/MPSReorder Point, and Safety Stock Planning.
  • Ensure seamless WM/FI integration with PP.
  • Govern and maintain Master Data (Material Master) and handle data-related activities.
  • Collaborate with third-party systems interacting with SAP.
  • Utilize FIORI/UI5 applications for enhanced user experience.
  • Manage Data Migration and develop RICEF objects.
  • Provide support for Quality Management processes.

Must have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/master’s degree or equivalent qualification with an experience range of 4 to 7 years of experience 
  • Experience in Discrete Manufacturing processes.
  • Expertise in Production PlanningSales and Operations PlanningCapacity Planning, and KANBAN.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP/MPSSafety Stock Planning.
  • Integration experience with WM/FI in PP.
  • SAP Master Data governance and handling experience.
  • Exposure to third-party system integration with SAP.
  • Familiarity with FIORI/UI5 applications.
  • Experience in Data Migration and RICEF objects.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and learn new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with customer focus.

 Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP IBP.
  • Experience with Variant ConfigurationSuper BOM, and Super Routing.
