Title:  Business Operations and Process Intern: Summer 2022

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World 

As a Business Operations and Process Intern, you will be responsible for projects involving Technical Support process management, product life-cycle management, measurement of key organizational metrics and research and evaluation of industry best practices. You will work closely with the Technical Support and Services Center of Excellence team and key stakeholders within the business to participate in the improvements of key focus areas prioritized by the organization.  This role will be based in Lowell, MA or Horsham, PA. 


You Will Make an Impact By 

  • Being inquisitive and actively participating in thought exercises designed to generate new ideas for improving process and business partnerships 

  • Taking ownership of assigned tasks and communicating status effectively 

  • Challenging the status quo – willingness to bring new ideas to the table 

  • Being comfortable with big data --- looking at the big picture, while understanding the micro view 


Required Qualifications for Consideration 

  • Junior or Senior standing in a BS, BA or master’s degree program in Business or programs with an emphasis on operational management in technology from an accredited university 

  • Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0  

  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
