Trade Compliance Analyst

This role reports to Trade Compliance APAC leader.

You will make an impact by:

• Be responsible for monitoring, researching and reporting on the trade activities of  companies in APAC
• To Ensure the company's products, services, and documents meet the trade standards and requirements of the relevant authorities including but not limit to customs within APAC.
• To Involve reviewing and verifying trade documents like invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading
• Preparing and filing trade reports and declarations such as import and export entries, origin verifications, and audits
• Issuance of Trade Agreement certificates, Certificates of Origin and manage solicitation campaigns
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all trade activities are properly documented and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Research and advise correct use of incoterms
• Act as GTS Super User and support all software initiatives for region

You will excite us if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Admin related discipline
• At least 5 years related working experiences
• Flexible to changing environments, with the ability to work independently under pressure and in a timely manner; self-starter, ability to work on multiple tasks with minimum supervision
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)Trade certification (export or import-related) is desirable
• Able to travel 1-2 times per month between Mainland and HongKong
