Title:  Vice President of Enterprise Business Management

Due to growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Vice President of Enterprise Business Management. The preferred location for this role is Hickory, NC or Richardson, TX but will consider a highly qualified candidate to be remote but willing to travel to HQ monthly.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

  • The Vice President Enterprise Business Management reports to the SVP, Enterprise Sales
  • The role is responsible for leading teams focused on the onboarding/enablement of our sellers, global opportunity management via the Global Resource Center, Sales Effectiveness and Process/Program management.   

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

 

Sales Onboarding/Enablement

  • Implementing and managing the process of onboarding both our networking and infrastructure sales team members.   Focus on our ability to bring in new sellers and ramp them up to revenue producing team members quickly and efficiently.
  • Continuous education/enablement of our nearly 1000 enterprise sellers globally.  This should lead to increased sales of higher end solutions, higher attach rate of adjoining solutions and better cross-selling between the two teams.
  • Implementation and management of the Enterprise Sales Process
  • Content creation and LMS content management

 

Global Resource Center 

  • Own the process of enabling our non-key accounts to conduct business easily outside their home region.
  • Process creation, documentation and roll-out.
  • Management of the customer through the process.
  • Enable our sellers to maximize the resources available to enable global business.

 

Sales Effectiveness

  • Ensuring the sales processes we put in place are resulting in the proper behaviors and results.
  • Establish and document a set of sales productivity metrics that ensure consistency in terms of rep and region yield
  • Funnel reporting and global management
  • Account planning usage and effectiveness
  • Opportunity coaching and effectiveness
  • New hire to revenue production reporting
  • Sales enablement program effectiveness
  • Production of management reports on the above

 

Process and Program Management

  • Focus on streamlining enterprise processes resulting in additional time to sell
  • Global coordination of best practices
  • Work with the global CRM and LMS owners to represent enterprise sales
  • Running of the sales program council
    • Coordination of the approval on partner incentives and programs
    • Accountability for tracking incentive and program effectiveness

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required with10 years + experience in IT/High Tech Sales Ops, Finance or People Development management roles.
  • Very strong finance and analytical background. 
  • Very strong people development background
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, sales enablement and decision support reporting. Extremely process oriented with the ability to adapt and do what's right for the business. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organization levels 
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute. 
  • Strong people manager, team builder. 
  • Team player and able to work cross functionally to build consensus and get the job done  
  • Willing to travel domestically and/or internationally at least once per quarter
