Title:  Employee Mobility Manager

Due to growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for an Employee Mobility Manager to join our team. This position may be located at any CommScope location globally.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

 

This role is focused on delivering end-to-end mobility experiences across relocation, immigration, tax, etc. for our Employee Mobility solutions (i.e. long-term assignment, short-term assignment, international transfer, commuter, domestic relocation, etc.) worldwide.  The person in this hands-on role will partner closely with HRBP’s, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HRIS, Legal, Payroll, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless mobility experience both for our employees and the company. Reporting to the EMEA Total Rewards Director / Global Employee Mobility CoE Lead, you’ll be part of a wider Global Total Rewards CoE within HR.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Act as internal advisor and subject matter expert to stakeholders and business partners covering all aspects of employee mobility from Business Travelers, Short- and Long-Term Assignments, Commuters and Permanent Transfers globally.
  • Responsible for the full lifecycle (i.e. pre-, on-, and post-assignment phases) of employee mobility processes (business case, assignment initiation form, cost estimate, assignment letter, cost reimbursement agreement, etc.)
  • Establish excellence in customer experience for the assignees and business managers whilst balancing costs and compliance.
  • Partner with internal teams and external supplier partners to develop process and system improvements
  • Provide ongoing assistance and manage queries from the assignees and their families
  • Draft employee mobility related contracts and documentation.
  • Initiate and monitor 3rd party vendor services
  • Process invoices and re-charge costs
     
    QUALIFCIATIONS:
  • A minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Preferably a university degree in HR, Law, Economics, Business or similar.
  • Experience working with a diverse group of stakeholders across the globe at all levels.
  • Strong personal ownership for quality of work and impact, and extremely service oriented.
  • Experience thinking through end-to-end solutions to improve the processes through the mobility lifecycle
  • Strong customer focus with keen attention to detail and the ability to translate requirements in to action.
  • Strong global mind-set with experience working in a global organization.
  • Both team-focused and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences is essential. Good communication skills in English is required
  • Good IT skills and proficiency using MS Word and Excel is a must.
