We are is looking for the talented Web UI R&D Engineer to join our team. This role involves working with a team of talented developers to develop high performance web based solutions.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

• Responsible for the analysis, design, and development of software solution
• Contribute to the requirements for new applications and customizations, adhering to standards, processes, and best practices
• Ensure quality of one or more application codebases and alignment with development standards
• Applies technical capabilities within own discipline to coach and develop junior employees
• Designs highly complex applications, interfaces and integrations
• Integrates at an enterprise level using third-party middleware or messaging products, or by designing and implementing custom interfaces and mapping for those interfaces
• Responsible for performance engineering of the enterprise software architecture, and providing functional guidance, advice, and/or training to other application developers
• Software development, code reviews and day-to-day support duties
• Group-wide and external public speaking and other communications conveying domain level directions
• Researching and evaluating tools to support domain-specific need

Required Qualifications and Experience for Consideration

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or the related ones
• Knowledge of web UI development, proficient in using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to write front-end UI
• Proficient in using the following front-end UI development techniques: React framework, React Router, React Redux, ES6(ECMAScript6), ESlint, Webpack。
• 5+ years of UI development experience and participation in the development of large-scale commercial management systems. Experience in developing GUI for communication equipment NMS is preferred.
• Experience in developing Grafana UI Plugin Apps is preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, Innovation, Result oriented.
