Job Title:  Account Manager


General Summary:
Responsible for implementing industry and regional sales project sales, developing and maintaining partners. Mainly responsible for: key industries in Guangzhou including power, public security inspection, finance, airport and western Guangdong.
Report to: Regional Sales Manager.


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for CommScope product promotion & sale, channel development & maintenance for long term business, controlling and implementing medium or large projects of CommScope products in resigned region.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge, product selling points and sales mode
• Use D365 manage and address project opportunities within assigned territory.
• Develop relationships and maintain/increase account share at existing accounts.
• Develop and execute territory sales plan for assigned territory and maintain accurate forecast of projected territory sales.
• Work closely with partners or directly manage to win medium or large projects.
• Exceed or meet sales target in the assigned accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirement:
• Holding with Diploma in related industry with 5-8 years of related experience Or Bachelors degree in related industry and 2-5 years of related experience
• Excellent communications skills
• Proficient in assessing customer needs.
• Must be proactive, motivates, diligent and thoughtful, certain strong pressure resistance
• Be familiar with cabling industry. Able to articulate the overall CommScope and each solution value propositions







• 负责指定地区或者行业CommScope综合布线产品的产品销售、长期业务合作伙伴开发与维护,重点跟进大中型项目。

• 掌握产品相关专业技术知识、产品卖点及销售模式。

• 使用D365系统管理和处理指定区域内的项目机会。

• 建立良好客户关系,维持并增加客户的市场占有率。

• 为指定区域制定并执行区域销售计划,并保持对预计区域销售的准确预测。

• 与分销商及集成商紧密合作,赢得大中型项目。

• 完成指定区域的销售目标。

• 完成分配的其他任务


• 大专学历,5-8年弱电行业相关工作经验或本科以上学历,2-5年弱电行业相关工作经验

• 优秀的沟通技巧

• 能够熟练评估客户需求

• 积极主动、勤奋、有思路,有一定的抗压性

• 了解CommScope品牌,熟悉综合布线行业、能够清晰地表达CommScope解决方案的价值主张
