We are currently looking for a Team Lead, Talent HR Shared Services to join the Talent Center of Expertise team in Goa, India.

What to Expect:

With this role, you will be responsible for the Talent Center of Expertise (COE) vertical for APAC which includes the management of the recruiting operations team, performance management support, global learn center support, and organizational planning support. This role will closely partner with the Talent HR Organization to support and handle key recruiting programs, execute and optimize relevant processes, and our different talent-related systems. Collaborate with key internal/ external partners to support and handle queries across the organization ( APAC).

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Lead all aspects of the migration of and continuous improvement of relevant recruiting (TA) operations processes into Global HRSS.
  • Ensure operational Talent processes and procedures are executed with the appropriate accuracy, customer service, and within defined SLA’s to internal and external customers.
  • Optimize transactional recruiting processes for successful delivery across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with key internal partners to ensure hiring tools and systems are being utilized in a consistent and effective manner and are optimized for recruiting efficiency.
  • Partner with recruiters, HR, SMEs, and key partners to help define and detail recruiting workflow, processes and procedures
  • Act as liaison to recruitment managers for key data reporting & analytics needs
  • Efficiently onboard and train new Talent HR Shared Service staff members Collaborate with the Talent COE to continuously support the definition of standard methodologies, trends, and innovative recruiting operational systems and processes in order to be daring in state-of-the-art recruiting and onboarding practices.
  • Provide voice of customer back to the Talent Acquisition COE, as a crucial input for optimization of process design.
  • Bring up non-standard, sophisticated issues and process requests back up to the Talent COE for further investigation.
  • Develop, analyze and communicate various month-end activity reports to resolve usage and opportunities to improve overall efficiency.
  • Lead the team to help maintain the annual and monthly New Hire Ethics & Compliance Troubleshoot training access issues, email returns, and monthly vendor exceptions with internal IT, content vendor, and employees as required.
  • Generate and audit reports as the need arises for non-compliant employees and communicate the results to the content vendor and/or CommScope Legal Department

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree with preferably 6 years of related experience or a Master’s Degree holder with preferably 4 years of experience
  • Extensive experience with full life-cycle recruiting, familiarity with high volume and fast-paced environments
  • Prior experience launching and optimizing processes and programs crafted to continuously improve service delivery is a plus
  • Prior experience, or familiar with, a broad range of recruiting systems and tools
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of general Talent processes across all activities
  • Strong external/internal networking and teamwork skills
  • Strong communication, relationship management, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrate a true customer-first demeanor and hands-on ability to resolve issues and aim to exceptional service quality
  • True collaborator across functions
  • Ability to execute process improvement using performance metrics
  • Willingness to travel (travel will be at approximately 15% under normal circumstances)
