How You'll Help Us Connect the World
Is responsible to develop and adapt equipment, fixture and Test software according with requirements and specification established or required to assure the functionality of the product, and to maintain the control for the identification and calibration of the inspection, measurement and Test equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedules the calibration program of equipment under his responsibility
- verify and control Calibration records
- Sustains preventive maintenance system of test equipment & fixtures
- Under direct supervision, he coordinates and manages the test & Calibration team leaders.
- Under indirect supervision, it coordinates and monitors the activities of the test & Calibration technicians
- It has the responsibility to constantly improve its staff, developing their skills at work, studying and analyzing work methods and developing training plans for new and old staff, thus raising the efficiency levels of their employees, motivate them to work, increase job satisfaction and achieve high quality work, likewise
- This position / function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, the applicable standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering (preferred) or related field.
- English 60 – 80%
- 2-3 years of experience in similar position
- Informatic acknowledgment Windows, Office
- programming test equipment and/or PLC
- Electronic acknowledgment
