Título:  Planner III, Planner Materials

General Summary

The Planning Coordinator is responsible to manage the Planning and Purchasing department activities, to procure and administrate resources and also to identify opportunity areas in order to develop initiatives to improve Customer Service.  The system used to support these activities is SAP.

Duties & Responsibilities

Review the demand and installed capacity to assurance to cover the orders on time.

Along with the Production Coordinator the workload and available lines are reviewed to create an efficient production plan.

Establish priorities   

Analyzes and makes reports on production results and critical indicators

Develop production plans and programs

Work to keep and/or increase the Planning and Purchasing metrics results.

Check monthly results report

Coordinates and attends meetings

Train staff in charge

This position / function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, the applicable standards and procedures

Related Education & Experience                   

Career degree (any option) preferable

Minimum 1 year experience in Planning area

SKILLS REQUIRED

 

Desirable spoken and written English 80% minimum

Desirable basic knowledge in different areas related with Production.

Ability to communicate and establish agreements

Ability to lead a group
