We are looking for Generalist I, HR to join our Delicias Team in Delicias Chihuahua, Mex.

Temporary position 6 months.

Availability of working in different shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and mixed shifts.

 

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

Is responsible for executing and supporting key Human Resources processes while ensuring compliance with labor regulations, corporate policies, and business objectives. The position provides guidance to employees about employee relations, personnel administration, recruitment, training, internal communications, benefits administration, employee engagement, HR metrics, and regulatory compliance.

This role contributes to creating positive employee experience by providing timely support, promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.

 

 

Education and Experience Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related.
  • 2+ years of experience in similar position.
  • English Proficient.
  • knowledge of Mexican labor laws (LFT).
  • knowledge of Social Security law.
  • Knowledge of labor lawsuits.
  • Labor Relations Management.
  • Investigation of labor relations cases.
  • Conflict Resolution and Employee Support.
  • Labor Law Compliance and Case Administration.
  • Monitor absenteeism and turnover KPIs.
  • IMSS enrollments and terminations, IDSE.

 

Skills

  • Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality.
  • Communication and listening skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications in all level’s skills.
  • Microsoft Office.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage personnel actions (hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and organizational changes) while ensuring legal and corporate compliance.
  • Manage IMSS transactions via IDSE and validate the correct integration of data within the TRESS system.
  • Update the TRESS system using personnel data and information from the EC system.
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date physical personnel files.
  • Coordinate periodic file audits.
  • Provide support to employees and leaders regarding inquiries about internal policies, the Internal Work Regulations, and labor laws.
  • Oversee disciplinary processes in accordance with the Internal Work Regulations.
  • Participate in workplace investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Manage voluntary resignations and exit interviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor metrics regarding absenteeism, turnover, and workplace climate.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Administer the training program using the TRESS system.
  • Generate reference numbers, register courses, manage training records, and track grade/performance data.
  • Keep internal communication channels up to date.
  • Participate in organizing corporate events.
  • Integrate and coordinate committees.
  • Prepare purchase requests for Human Resources events and programs.
  • Monitor the department's assigned budget.
  • Develop and analyze metrics related to turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, headcount, and workplace climate.
  • Manage and track contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law, Internal Work Regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
