Due to our continued growth, we are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Delicias, Mexico!

 

General Summary

 

This role will be responsible to provide support to managers in presentations updates and creation, expense reports, reservations, etc. The role will also help provide support in the activities of internal and external visits, and coordinate special dining services.

 

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

 

  • Assistance with expenses reports for management
  • Provide support for various confidential projects as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks and daily operation of the office
  • Able to perform a variety of activities   
  • Update presentations, must have good knowledge of (word, excel, power point)
  • Required Qualifications for Consideration

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Conversational English of 80%
  • Good knowledge of office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Multitasking along with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Organizational skills
