Title: Product Specialist - Broadband
Claremont, North Carolina, United States
We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Specialist to join our Product Management team, supporting our North America Broadband Homes Connected portfolio. This role is instrumental in assisting Product Managers with the day-to-day execution of initiatives that span the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development to launch, optimization, and end-of-life. This position is on-site at our Claremont, NC facility.
As a Product Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our products competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer needs. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, operations, engineering, and finance to ensure our offerings are positioned for success in a fast-moving telecommunications landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work together with Product Managers to support the full product lifecycle.
- Assist in developing business cases for new product launches and enhancements by conducting market research, analyzing customer insights, and compiling competitive intelligence.
- Provide pricing support through data analysis, customer insights, and collaboration with finance and sales teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop product collateral, internal materials, and go-to-market assets.
- Support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with MS Office Product Portfolio, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
You’ll Excite Us If You Have:
- 2+ years of experience in product support, business analysis, or related role in the telecom or broadband industry.
- Have completed an MBA.
- Familiarity with connectors, cable, or related fiber optic experience.
