How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Front-End Web Developer with 4 to 6 years of expertise in front-end development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining or architecting large-scale applications, with a strong focus on UI component-based and micro frontend architecture. This role requires deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and extensive experience with ReactJS and Angular.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and Maintain Large-Scale Web Applications: Design and manage large-scale web applications using UI components and micro frontend architecture.
• Unified UI Libraries: Build and work with unified UI libraries to ensure consistency across applications.
• Integration with APIs: Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs.
• Debugging and Optimization: Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance optimizations to ensure smooth user experiences.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Innovation and Emerging Technologies: Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and incorporate these insights into client strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and build internal portals considering industry best practices, based on feedback, benchmarks, and emerging trends to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain and improve documentation related to designs and prototypes.
• Consolidate and Improve: Help consolidate ongoing UI work and development to re-utilize modules and build a common repository.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Development Technical Lead to align frontend with backend development and ensure robust designs.

 Required Skills and Experience:

• HTML5 and CSS3: In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including pre-processors like Less and Sass. Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and BEM methodology is preferred.
• JavaScript Proficiency: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• ReactJS and Angular: Extensive experience with ReactJS and Angular is essential.
• Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, and Karma is a plus.
• Front-End Development Tools: Proficiency with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Build Systems: Advanced knowledge of build systems like Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp, including linting, compiling, and minifying.
• Unit Testing: Advanced knowledge of unit testing best practices.

 Competencies:

• Proven experience in front-end web development with a strong portfolio of past projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
