Senior Sales Recruiter - Ruckus

We are seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Sales Recruiter to join our Ruckus Sales HR team. In this role, you will lead recruitment for senior and niche sales talent across Ruckus Networks in the North American Region (NAR), working as a trusted advisor to sales leadership. You will shape hiring strategies, drive talent initiatives, and ensure that we attract the high-caliber professionals required to grow and strengthen our sales organization. 

Location: Charlotte, NC area is highly preferred but not required. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles across the Sales team.
  • Consult with senior sales leaders to understand business goals, workforce plans, and talent needs.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Build deep talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, competitive intelligence, and relationship management.
  • Conduct thorough competency-based interviews and evaluate candidate fit at both tactical and strategic levels.
  • Influence hiring decisions by providing data-driven insights on market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive activity.
  • Own and optimize the candidate experience for all senior-level hires.
  • Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships, external search partners, and recruitment technology tools as needed.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to support diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics; use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Represent Ruckus Networks as a senior talent ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years proven experience in hiring senior-level and strategic sales team members.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting within technology, networking, telecommunications, or related high-tech industries.
  • Proven ability to fill niche and high-impact roles requiring deep technical understanding or competitive market insight.
  • Strong business acumen with experience supporting senior stakeholders and guiding hiring strategy.
  • Expertise in passive sourcing, talent mapping, and building long-term candidate pipelines.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected base salary compensation is $102,800.00 - $133,600.00. 

 

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
