Due to growth and customer demand, we are recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to join our global inside sales team in Charlotte, NC.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World.

In this role, you will work closely with the CommScope field sales teams, inside sales teams, and field sales management to identify goals that will grow CommScope’s business and position CommScope’s solutions for a new business to end-users through our Ecosystem of partners.


You will complete call-out campaigns and cold calling of outbound clients and will have the opportunity to be champion implementing the CommScope Sales Methodology.


You will handle inbound calls and convert them into sales leads and ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates complete profiles of information, etc. Through creative thinking and planning, you will identify new fields of play and new opportunities that position CommScope as the lead solution of choice. Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to overcome objections—cold calling experience is a plus.
  • Coachable and flexible.
  • Tenacious and able to manage a diverse, high volume workload; Ability to quickly build positive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Prior IT/telecommunications experience is not vital, but you should have a curiosity about learning all about it. You’ll need high energy and drive to win.
  • Experienced the benefits of motivated, purposeful coaching (via sports, arts, business, or other pursuits).
