Throughout the 12-week program, you will collaborate with some of the best in the industry, receive on-the-job training, and participate in professional development workshops, executive speaker series, and other networking and social events! This is an on-site position (5 days a week) in Charlotte, NC, Claremont, NC or Shakopee, MN.
How You’ll Help Us Connect the World
As a Product Line Manager Intern, you will be responsible for supporting product development, forecasting and profitability as part of the Datacenter organization. You will work closely with product line managers and marketing to support the large growth This role will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
You Will Make an Impact By
- Teamwork is key as you will work with other product line managers to build business plans, cost targets, pricing guidance, and development recommendations for new products.
- Analyzing pricing data from a variety of sources to gain insight into pricing strategies and market trends.
- Forecasting revenue and market share based on market trends, production costs, profit margins, and sales volumes.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing departments on developing and implementing product promotion.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master’s degree in the following: business, finance, marketing or related field from an accredited university.
- Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship

You Will Excite Us If You
- Proficiency with the MS Office Product Portfolio, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written – able to capture relevant information and optimally document and articulate findings effectively in a technical environment and to non-technical audiences.
- Strong initiative; a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
