Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Tool Inspector and Cleaner to support our cable manufacturing operations in North Carolina.

This role focuses on maintaining, inspecting, and cleaning various tooling components used in the production process, including tips, dies, and crossheads.

The Tool Inspector and Cleaner ensures tooling is in optimal condition, minimizing production downtime and ensuring product quality.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm - Time could be split between Catawba and Claremont as needed.

1. Tool Inspection
2. Tool Cleaning and Maintenance
3. Tool Repair and Refurbishment
4. Inventory and Organization
5. Documentation and Reporting
6. Safety and Compliance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Must be able to read tool drawings.
• Experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment preferred.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced industrial setting.
