Account Manager, Colombia
As the Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the full spectrum of market activities and Sales plan. Responsible for direct support of internal and external customers to provide Sales assistance on assigned products and be an active leader of the sales team to represent the company products. Responsibilities include both pre and post sales cycle support CALA Sales, this role is based in Bogota, Colombia.

The Account Manager role will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Responsibility for the regional sales based on a clear understanding of the regional business objectives, market segment dynamics, sales and channel partner requirements, in collaboration with regional marketing, portfolio and global campaign leader.
Takes the lead in the design, development and execution of regional sales plans and programs to build brand awareness.
Collaborate across teams to support a robust, respected, and efficient marketing ecosystem, consistently demonstrating CommScope's culture and values in everyday actions.
Work closely with, Distribution/Channel Sales, System Engineering, Product Line Management, and other relevant stakeholders to project manage and implement sales programs.
Provide Regional forecast for sales.
Provide guidance, management and interpretation to competitive analysis effort, in Regional Sales about Colombia, Ecuador areas.
Positions products and value propositions, Provide sales support to Regional sales Team, Lead Regional sales Team DC.
Manage Sales function to service the DC marketplace in order to maintain CommScope’s leadership position with customer.
Responsible for the management and coordination of the different areas of CommScope customer service, logistics, Marketing, collections to provide quality services to the client.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
• Bachelor’s Degree in related area.
• 7 years commercial background experience (B2B preferred).
• Telecommunications Technical knowledge
• Fiber Technical Knowledges
• Data Center technical Knowledges
• Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish
