Job Description

  • Arial">Drives continuous improvement culture that fosters daily
    improvement involving all team members.  
  • Arial">Collaborates with leader to execute Gemba walk process (Managing
    for Daily Improvement), utilizing and constantly improving the visual
    management on the shop
  • Arial">Coordinates Lean Manufacturing Activities within the Department including
    kaizen events, projects and any other activity to improve and further lean
    efforts and ensure execution of transformation
  • Arial">Supports operations to establish and maintain standard work and
    continuous flow in all areas, including 5S and visual
  • Arial">Estimates and reports on true savings of lean efforts in areas of
    Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Cash (inventory).  Reports on
    scheduled CPI activities .
  • mso-bidi-font-family:Arial">Provides lean training and coaching for
    Shopfloor Employees based on needs and
  • mso-bidi-font-family:Arial">Modify or develop new processes / methods,
    tools, fixtures or equipments for repeatable, reliable and cost effective
