Title:  supervisor, customer accounts

The Renewals Inside Sales Supervisor, is responsible for assisting and providing daily supervision of the APAC Renewals Inside Sales team located in Bangalore, India.  Responsibilities includes assisting the Renewals Sr. Manager on daily operations and performance of the Renewals Inside Sales Team.

Duties includes and not limited to:

  • Daily roll call and check in of team
  • Workload review/assignment of incoming ticket requests
  • Working with the team to ensure quoting & engagement proactively 90 days in advance
  • Proactively working with the team to ensure 90 - 60 - 30 days notification of expiring contracts are sent out
  • Working with the renewal team to ensure consistent opportunity hygiene
  • Weekly account review w/ team members
  • Weekly top 20 update/report in respective region
  • Attends customer calls as needed to review the various maintenance offerings and advantages of each
  • Assist in training of new process and training programs
  • Facilitate training of Partners on usage of Partner Portal and other processes


  • 4-year college degree in Business or equivalent in experience
  • Experience in Sales/Inside sales
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability work collaboratively, and make decisions in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Solid experience with MSOffice and CRM systems such as SFDC and/or MS Dynamics
