What You’ll Do

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in sourcing indirect services that support our global operations. You’ll lead supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and ensure procurement aligns with company goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the sourcing and negotiation of indirect services across the organization.

· Manage the supplier selection process, ensuring competitive bids and compliance with internal policies.

· Maintain and update contract records in our database.

· Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

· Support functional strategies and ensure alignment with business needs.

· Ensure all procurement activities follow the company’s Schedule of Authority.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on procurement expertise.

Required Qualifications:

· Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a professional purchasing qualification.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement or a related field.

· Proven track record in sourcing and managing indirect services.

· Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

· Proficiency in cost/price analysis techniques.

· Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
