Specialist, Strategic Sourcing (indirect procurement)

We’re looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our global procurement team and help us drive value through smart sourcing and supplier partnerships.

How you'll Help us connect the world:

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in sourcing indirect services that support our global operations. You’ll lead supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and ensure procurement aligns with company goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the sourcing and negotiation of indirect services across the organization.

· Manage the supplier selection process, ensuring competitive bids and compliance with internal policies.

· Maintain and update contract records in our database.

· Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

· Support functional strategies and ensure alignment with business needs.

· Ensure all procurement activities follow the company’s Schedule of Authority.

-This is an individual contributor role

Required Qualifications.

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on procurement expertise.

·-Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a professional purchasing qualification.

-Preferably 6+ experience in procurement or a related field.

· Proven track record in sourcing and managing indirect services.

· Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

· Proficiency in cost/price analysis techniques.

·You will excite us if you have:

 Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
