Title:  Renewals Inside Sales Rep

General Summary
Renewals Inside Sales Rep owns the renewal sales process for their respective territory from opportunity management through sales closure for support, license and XaaS renewals.  They focus on current customer renewals working with Sales, Distribution Partners and Solution Providers to successfully drive the sales process with a renewal contract.  This includes but is not limited to renewal sales execution, preparing/updating quotes, opportunity management, close plans, and managing incoming requests for their sales territory.  This individual must be able to work independently and excel in verbal and written communication skills to drive results.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing and updating all assigned opportunities throughout sales process
  • Ensuring all opportunities are quoted
  • Driving sales process through engagement with Sales and Partners
  • Overcome objections and adjusting quotation as required to ensure best solution is presented to the customer
  • Sell the benefits of on time renewals, multi-year and coterminous contracts
  • Collaborate and follow up with Sales and Partners on sales strategies in effort to drive renewal rate
  • Respond to email & phone inquiries from internal and external customers


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Inside Sales or customer engagement role
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Good written & verbal communication
  • Understanding of business math – pricing, discounts, etc.
  • Ability to manage a complex process and apply flexible thinking skills to achieve results
  • Solid experience with MSOffice and CRM systems such as SFDC and/or MS Dynamics
