Title:  Order Admin Analyst

The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the final process of getting all renewal order booked including, Purchase Order validation and approval, Opportunity & booking package preparation, entitlements creation/updating and working closely with Order Admin and Finance team to complete the booking & invoicing process for all renewals business worldwide. This role works closely with Renewal Specialists to modify the renewal quotes per customer requirement and company policy ensuring order integrity and facilitates creation/updating of end user accounts and customer contact information in SFDC (Salesforce.com). Tracking daily activity and reporting to the team lead. This role also requires exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and be flexible to work arounds to overcome the system limitations.

 

Requirement
• Minimum 1-year work experience (Prefer someone who has worked on US based company)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, excel, word and PowerPoint
• Preferred a graduate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional relationship with all departments
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and working in a fast paced environment
• Must have strong problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Time-management skills are required, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
