Title:  Manager FAE

Job Overview

Provide application and technical pre and post sales support to the sales teams, business partners, and end-users. Responsible for responding to RFPs, providing technical compliance and solutions to Tenders. Preparing technical specifications that can be incorporated in potential RFPs. Responsible for ensuring that account managers (AMs), Partners, consultants, and end-users are updated with the latest technical information, with special emphasis on key company solution differentiators. Provide technical support that facilitates the marketing and sales of CommScope products so that corporate goals for quality, growth, market share, and profitability are met. Supports sales and partners concerning the installation and general use of CommScope products.

 

You Will

  • Pre and Post Sales Support to the Internal and External Customers
  • RFP Management (Specking, Compliance etc.)
  • Training the Internal and External Teams.
  • Solution presentations to Customers and in Public events.
  • Social Skills to work with different teams.
  • Agility to support field activities
  • Be Customer Focused
  • Supporting the Marketing events and programs
  • In-depth technical knowledge to support the customers and Sales teams.
  • Support the Warranty Program

 

Our Ideal Candidate

  • The candidate must have detailed knowledge of relevant products and standards;
  • Good understanding of LAN/WAN and Data Center communication systems and physical media requirements, including wireless applications.
  • Hands on experience on structured cabling, LAN design including the active solutions – RCDD preferred
  • Excellent written and oral skills, and must possess excellent presentation and hands-on demonstration skills suitable for both large and small audiences.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in Design of Structured cabling system for Office networks and Data centers.
  • Results focused and be able to work in a dynamic environment in which they will often be called upon to communicate with multi-functional and cross-cultural teams.
