Title:  Renewals Inside Sales Manager

Manager, Renewals Inside Sales

General Summary
The Renewals Inside Sales Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the North & South America Renewals Inside Sales team located in Bangalore, India.  Responsibilities include managing daily operations and performance of the Renewals team, achieving our revenue targets, managing customer expectations and escalations, and assisting with negotiations and process improvements.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide direction, supervision, coaching, training and leadership to team to ensure operational effectiveness and continuous development
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management to drive meeting or exceeding the teams' revenue and bookings plan
  • Drive sales process through proactive engagement with Sales and Partners
  • Collaborate and follow up with Sales and Partners on sales strategies in effort to drive renewal rate
  • Respond to email & phone inquiries and escalations from internal and external customers
  • Report team results to senior management as required
  • People management responsibilities include career growth planning, performance appraisals and other employee related activities
  • Build and maintain team morale, productivity, performance and success
  • Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers
  • Create a team environment that encourages and rewards high performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years people management experience
  • Previous experience in a Sales, Inside Sales or Renewals business leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to lead, work collaboratively, and make decisions in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Highly advanced interpersonal and customer service/orientation skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Solid experience with MSOffice and CRM systems such as SFDC and/or MS Dynamics
