Title:  Customer Support Representative

How You will help us connect the world:

  • Handle Customer orders
  • Review the orders received from Customers and register the same.
  • Interact with internal teams – Operations/Planning/Warehouse to prioritize materials and fulfil customer orders.
  • Get along with Sales on all aspects of order management related to a particular customer/project.
  • Periodic review of pending orders with customer.
  • Track and review internal KPIs on a monthly basis.

Required Skillsets

Bachelors in related curriculum with 4-5 years experience in similar work environment.

You will excite us if you have:

  • Prior working knowledge on SAP or similar ERP will be an added advantage.
