Title:  Customer Account Rep I

General Summary
Contract Renewal Specialist owns the renewal sales process for their respective territory from opportunity management through sales closure for support, license and XaaS renewals.  They focus on current customer renewals working with Sales, Distribution Partners and Solution Providers to successfully drive the sales process with a renewal contract order/sales.  This includes but is not limited to renewal sales execution, preparing quotes/updating quotes, maintaining & updating opportunities, managing cancellation/credit requests and managing incoming requests for their respective sales territory.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing all assigned opportunities throughout sales process
• Ensuring all opportunities are quoted
• Driving sales process through engagement with Sales and Partners
• Overcome objections and adjusting proposal as required to ensure best solution is presented to the customer
• Sell the benefits of on time renewals, multiyear and coterminous contracts
• Collaborate and follow up with Sales and Partners on sales strategies in effort to drive Renewal Rate
• Respond to email/phone inquiries from internal and external customers
