CommScope established its Diversity & Inclusion Business Network (DIBN) as a hub for recognizing and celebrating the unique experiences and viewpoints of our employees from across the globe. The network features exclusive programming for its members and supports early career professionals through the RISE program. These networks have grown to a community of more than 1,400 men and women from all races, ethnicities, and areas of the business.
