5. How can I increase my chances of getting an interview with CommScope?
The most critical thing you can do is to apply only to jobs where you meet all the minimum or required qualifications listed on the posting. These are determined by the hiring manager and are necessary to move forward in the process for any position. To further increase your chances of an interview, it’s important to also meet most of the preferred/desired qualifications as well.
6. What happens after I apply?
Once you apply, you will receive an email from CommScope Recruiting (jobs@commscope.com) confirming your submission.
If you don’t see this email, please check your junk mail folder. Please know that some of our open roles get a large volume of applicants so the selection process may take some time. Recruiters review the profiles and resumes of those that applied and typically have a pre-screening phone interview with those that meet ALL the basic/minimum requirements of a position and most of the preferred qualifications. If at any time you are no longer being considered for a position, we will send you an email to let you know.
7. How can I request workplace accommodations during the application process?
If you are an individual with a disability and would like to request a reasonable workplace accommodation for any part of our employment process, please send an email to talentacquisition@commscope.com.
