Title:  Vice President Business Management-Cable Exchange

Due to growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Vice President Business Management-Cable Exchange to join our team in Santa Ana, CA.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Vice-President Business Management-Cable Exchange will be responsible for the general business management of our Cable Exchange business including operations, sales, site leadership, administration, and support functions

The Vice-President, Business Management will:

  • Be responsible for overall strategy execution.
  • Manage the business P&L to grow long-term revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and coach team members and manage overall organization.
  • Collaborate with Cloud/Hyperscale Business Unit team and broader CommScope Sales and Operations organizations to maximize CommScope's profitability and growth.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A completed Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations management, Finance or equivalent.
  • 10 Years of related experience.
  • Team management skills in diverse and/or cross functional environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience and/or knowledge in diverse business functions such as Sales, Operations, Finance.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to build and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Proficient understanding of manufacturing systems, terms, processes and accounting.
  • Strong managerial courage and ability to lead organization.
  • Proven track record of results and ability to drive team to achieve goals.
