Title:  Manager, Sales Operations

CommScope is hiring a <span style="font-family: "Calibri",sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">Manager, Sales Operations to work either out of our Hickory, NC location or from any other US location

 

General Summary:

Reports to the Director of Sales Operations, Enterprise, providing first line support to the Vice President of Sales, Hyperscale/Emerging Cloud/MTDC. Responsible for implementation and maintenance of all Sales Operations related processes and procedures including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and analysis of key performance data for the Hyperscale, Emerging Cloud, and Multi-Tenant Data Center teams.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Directly support VP of Sales and the Hyperscale, Cloud, and MTDC sales teams
  • Lead all forecasting, revenue planning and reporting for the sales team
  • Manage the Sales Incentive Plan and crediting for the sales team
  • Provide strategic support for designing strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction

 

 

Qualifications:

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree in a business or financial related curriculum with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a functional sales or financial support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • A track record of using big data and analytics to drive results
  • The ability to work collaboratively across multiple groups
  • The ability to travel and a flexible work schedule
  • A strong financial background with experience in forecasting, planning, and reporting
  • Experience with SAP and/or Business Objects is highly preferred
