We are seeking a customer focused, results driven Customer Service Representative with previous customer service experience. 

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be responsible for cultivating customer relationships for current as well as potential customers by utilizing excellent and in-depth knowledge of CommScope products, capabilities, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process and procedures.  The CSR will be accountable for a full spectrum of customer service activities involved in the Quote to Cash process (up to and including the time the order ships, invoices or after handover).  This may include, but is not limited to, generating quotations and price response, order processing, tracking, finding and proposing alternative products where necessary.

It is essential you can respond to all customer enquiries in a timely, accurate and clear manner. Teamwork is key to success and entails develop and maintaining constructive and cooperative working relationships with customers, colleagues, planning, logistics, technical team and sales.

This role reports into the Customer Service Teamleader and is based in our Silverwater office.

It is advantageous for the successful candidate to hold professional Business Administration qualifications or equivalent and possess the following:

  • Solid Customer Service and/or Order Fulfillment experience
  • Results focused with the ability to build trust and respect
  • Strong customer focus
  • Highly energized and self-motivated
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) and with good telephone etiquette
  • A pleasant personality with a passion for service excellence.
  • A strong team player who can adapt to fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong ability to plan and organise with excellent attention to detail
  • Intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP preferred
