Title:  Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leads major projects related to the development of a clear vision, develop broad strategies and relationships for communicating, sustaining, and achieving the vision.
  • Assist with alignment of cross-functional teams toward goals by consistently and frequently reinforcing the project direction.
  • Develop, execute, and accept accountability for actionable projects and initiatives.
  • Provide overall project leadership and management of specific strategic initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Lead the business units toward best practice processes and techniques via the delivering of successful project related measurable results.
  • Development and measuring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each project in relation to overall effectiveness.
  • Develop and utilize standardized project management methodology that drives the most efficient forum for successful results processes to capture, record, and communicate value improvements realized by the various teams and initiatives.
  • Develop standard communication processes to keep all areas of the organization informed on all aspects of each project.
  • Strive to obtain subject matter expertise by maintaining contact with external knowledge sources to ensure that best project management practices are utilized


  • Must have experience in business processes and technologies, production control/materials management, large systems implementation projects (ERP, APS, CRM) and project management.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in related curriculum required.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Must have ability to lead cross-functional project teams and motivate individuals without formal authority.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership with ability to effectively interact and influence personnel of various levels and disciplines.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with measurable results required.
  • Must have ability to identify and communicate key metrics and key performance indicators related to project activities to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze information and provide fact-based recommendations required.
  • Must be able to travel globally.
  • Strong PC skills required (MS Office).
  • Significant experience with ERP and reporting tools required, SAP preferred.
