Title:  Recruiter

As a full cycle Recruiter at CommScope, you'll be accountable for identifying and engaging prospective talent across multiple locations and job families.

Creativity in sourcing and attracting talent is important to us. We want our recruiters to treat candidates with care and provide a personalized and outstanding experience. We are looking for a Recruiter that won't rely only on LinkedIn and loves using technology and innovative sourcing skills to find niche talent in unusual places.


You’ll Make an Impact By:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements in order to evaluate and identify priority hiring strategies/needs. Additionally, you'll provide proactive communication to both candidate and partners.
  • Innovating and solving problems. You look at the world differently than others and view obstacles as problems to be solved and opportunities to capitalize on.
  • Coordinating all the moving parts with an unmatched attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions without sacrificing quality. You’re happiest when you are working on many things at once yet are able to sort through what is a priority and what isn’t.
  • Executing for results by identifying top talent and collaborating with partners to source, screen, respond to challenges and eliminate potential barriers.


Minimum qualifications for consideration:

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ years experience in corporate or agency recruiting.
  • 1+ years experience using applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate data and candidate management. (SAP/Success factors a plus).
  • Bilingual, fluent Spanish and English written and oral communication capability.


You Will Excite Us If You Have:

  • Experience recruiting in Telecommunications and/or Technology environments
  • A demonstrable ability to influence and advise business leaders on the talent market while maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Experience of recruiting in a sophisticated matrix led environment highly beneficial.
