Title:  Coordinator, Material Control

Due to growth and customer demand, we are recruiting for a Material Control Coordinator to join our team in Euless, Texas. 




Provides support to the planning function to ensure adequate work order supply is available for production.



  • Determines material availability for production orders based on capacity of manpower and purchased parts.  May contact vendors and shippers to ensure supplies, materials and equipment are forwarded on the specified ship date.
  • Compiles and reports customer requirements and special stock requests.
  • Maintains a high level of communication with work group to ensure quality and team productivity.
  • As required, creates, inputs and distributes product related documentation including, but not limited to, Bills of Material (BOM), Material Masters (MM), Engineering Change Management ECM), task lists, routings, etc.
  • As applicable, will perform administrative duties and may serve as a resource to others within the planning team.



  • Planning Team: directions, concerns, issues.
  • Manufacturing / Production: work order issues.
  • Engineering: bills of materials, material masters, engineering changes, etc.
  • Vendors: order materials, discrepancies etc.



  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment with exposure to capacity planning.
  • Must be able to read and interpret material requirement reports and capacity schedules.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively function in a team environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to positively and effectively interact with all levels and diverse cultures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be dependable.  Good attendance is a must.
  • Self-starter who will take the initiative to solve SAP problems; and
  • Conscientious, organized and detail-oriented.



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • SAP experience
