Title:  Supervisor, Customer support

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Experience in Customer Support / Service from “order to cash”
  • Should be able to manage a team covering different business environment within the Organization.
  • Should be able to multi-task involving different customer fulfilment scenarios and addressing them.
  • Reviewing with internal teams on achieving sales targets.

     

Judgments and Decisions

  • Should be flexible enough to take “on the spot” decisions but still keeping Organization’s interests in mind
  • Time is the essence when it comes to responses to customers. One needs to understand criticality, collaborate with internal stake holders and respond to customers.
  • Position is critical since it involves direct interaction with external customers.

 

RELATED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE                   

 

  •  Preferrably with high School diploma or Graduate  12-15 Years of Related Experience
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Working knowing in SAP is a major advantage.
