DAS/Small Cell Account Manager

CommScope's  Interlligent Cellular Network BU is looking to add an Account Manager to support our DAS/Small cell product to cover the following states:

Colorado, Utah, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, North and South Dakota 

 

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

As a key member of our team, you'll report directly to our VP of Sales and be entrusted with the critical task of cultivating and nurturing lasting account relationships across Mobile Network Operators, Neutral Host Service Providers, End customers, installation partners, and distribution partners in your designated region.

In this role, you'll oversee the entire sales process, from identifying and qualifying leads to orchestrating sales efforts and resources for solution development, ultimately leading negotiations to successful closures. Your responsibilities will also entail revenue and demand forecasting, strategic account planning, project coordination, organizing meetings, and diligently following up on customer inquiries to achieve our financial objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales or sales engineering experience.
  • In-depth understanding of technologies and business dynamics associated with DAS and Indoor Small Cells.

 

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

  • Motivation in working with customers to understand their business objectives and develop solutions to achieve those objectives.
  • Experience working with and established experience with Mobile Network Operators, In-building Services firms, and Neutral Host customers in the Plain States Region
  • Experience selling into complex environments with multiple decision-makers and influencers.

 

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options and participation in the Company’s Sales Incentive Plan.

 

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a proven history of successful performance. The Anticipated total compensation range (Sales Incentive Plan & base salary total compensation for this position is $138,000 to $207,000.
