RUCKUS Networks is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join our network engineering team in Taipei!

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

As part of our network engineering team, this internship offers valuable hands-on experience in network engineering and automation. The intern will actively collaborate with our network engineering team to establish a CI testbed for measuring network throughput. This entails delving into the system architecture of a test platform, acquiring skills in measuring network performance, and optimizing device settings for outstanding results. Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Enrolled in a BS, BA, or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/UDP/IP
• Proficient in Python programming and Git version control.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Experience with containers or virtual machines.
• Experience with traffic generators such as IXIA, Spirent, or TREX.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and Robot Framework.
• Knowledge of DPDK and VPP.
