Our Team is Growing! We are looking for outstanding Customer Service Representatives who thrive in a high-performance and high-reward environment to work with our team on-site (5 days a week) in Claremont, NC.

In this role, the Customer Service Representative will identify customer requirements and work with the Sales, Customer Financial Services, Product Line Management, Business Ops and Manufacturing teams to support our customers in North America. We suggest opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation and are customer advocates supporting internal/extern partner calls as well as manage the life cycle of the order from receipt to delivery to customer satisfaction.

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • High school diploma and two or more years of sales support, customer service or related experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)

 

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

  • Good interpersonal communication skills, analytical abilities, detail orientation, quality focus, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience with an ERP system (Oracle, SAP)
  • Bachelor's degree
